Thank you for purchasing Solo Jewelry. We are very excited about our collection and hope you and your customers enjoy it as much as we do.
Solo Jewelry works hard to ensure that our products are made to the highest level of quality. Skilled artisans make every piece in the Solo Exclusive collection. We consider each piece a work of art and we use all natural stones. Due to this, there may be variations from one item to the next.
PLEASE TAKE TIME TO INSPECT EACH PIECE WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT!
The following are guidelines of how we can serve you if you have questions about your order. All dates are calculated from your date of receipt.
Wrong product- If you get the wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us immediately. We will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for you to return the product to us and we will ship you the correct product.
Defective product- If you received a defective product, please notify us immediately and we will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for you to return the product back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product, we’ll ship out the replacement right away.
Any refused shipment sent back to Solo Jewelry does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with Solo Jewelry to receive the refused shipment. All refused Shipments return to Solo Jewelry for credit is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and deduction of shipping cost.
Product returns or refunds will be made only if the return meets the above guidelines. Product returned without adherence to the above conditions will result in the return of the product to the customer and additional shipping/handling charge to the customer.
10 (Ten) Days Return Procedures - NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS, REGARDLESS OF REASON FOR RETURN. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
All returns must be pre authorized. Please call our office for Return Authorization. We will then fax or mail the Authorization to you, to be included in your return.
